Product and account help

Open Help & Support inside Aura to send an authenticated ticket for bugs, feature requests, questions, or account issues.

Privacy and data requests

Email contact@aurawear.app for access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other privacy questions. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

Web billing

For a Lemon Squeezy purchase, sign in on aurawear.app and open Billing. Use the customer portal for invoices, payment method changes, and cancellation. Contact Aura support if account access does not update after checkout.
