Product and account help

Open Help & Support inside Aura to send an authenticated ticket for bugs, feature requests, questions, or account issues.

Billing and subscriptions

Purchases, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Aura can help identify current account status but cannot override store billing decisions.

Privacy and data requests

Email contact@aurawear.app for access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other privacy questions. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
