Delete or restore your Aura account.
Aura uses a 30-day recovery window before permanent deletion. This helps prevent an accidental tap from immediately removing an account and its connected data.

A practical sequence

Open Aura and go to Profile, then Settings.

Choose Delete account and confirm the request.
- 03
Aura marks the account for deletion and signs it out.
- 04
After 30 days, the scheduled process permanently deletes the account.
Cancel during the recovery window
Sign in again during the 30-day window and choose to restore the account. Aura clears the pending deletion marker and resumes access.
When app access is unavailable
Email contact@aurawear.app from the address connected to the account. Aura may request verification before acting on an account or privacy request.

Review the privacy policy or contact Aura for information about legal, security, dispute, or operational retention that may apply to a specific request.
